The senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District in the upper chamber of the National Assembly, Stella Oduah, on Friday lost her son, whose name had yet to be known as of the time of filing this report.
According to The Punch, the departed who was 28, died at a private hospital in Abuja in the early hours of Friday, August 26.

The former minister of aviation confirmed the report, saying her son died after a brief illness.
Speaking on the loss, one of the Senator's colleagues, Senator Uche Ekwunife representing Anambra Central in the Senate, said: "It is very Unfortunate. It has shown that death and life Belong to God and it is only Him who controls our life. It is a frustrating moment for her and all of us. I know how it feels as a mother. It is only God who can console her. "
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Judicial Council (NJC) has reportedly dismissed for Justice
Mohammed Yunus Granting an injunction stopping the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) from probing Stella Oduah.
Although there were no details of the dismissal as at press time, Sahara Reporters's post on Twitter confirmed the dismissal of the Federal High Court Judge.
